API 17F Approval on SS690

After extensive independent testing we can confirm that both the actuated and manual options of our SS690 subsea pressure regulator are now API 17F approved!

API 17F covers surface control system equipment, subsea control system equipment, and control fluids. It is applicable to the design, fabrication, testing, installation and operation of subsea production control systems.

Here's just a few of the stages involved in the testing process:
• 700 cycles at -20°C, ambient and +70°C
• Hyperbaric cycles at above temperatures to 3,000m
• Shock testing of electric actuator to 30G
• Hyperbaric testing to 3,000m of electric actuator
