Other Duties Include: - Establishing annual sales targets overall and for individual territories to achieve the company’s growth plans
- Developing a sales strategy to identify and exploit the most profitable national markets through direct sales and resellers
- Driving revenue growth through resellers and own sales activity
- Providing training and support to resellers to increase productivity
- Liaising with other departments to ensure customer requirements are understood and customers are provided with necessary information
- Providing regional management information to record progress against targets, plan future activity and aid production scheduling
Requirements: - A sound understanding of mechanical engineering, preferably with knowledge of regulators, valves, pumps or similar

Other Duties Include: - Engineering changes, amendments to drawings and other production related design
- Complete new designs (including relevant calculations) in accordance with the relevant design standards.
- Participate in new product development projects under the guidance of Design Engineering Manager.
- Under supervision of Design Engineering Manager, complete R&D tasks, including assembly and testing of new designs.
- Contribute to the Company’s continuous improvement and quality culture by looking for and recommending process improvements.
- Resolve NCRs with root cause analysis and corrective actions within 30 days of NCRs being raised
Requirements: - Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of high pressure systems
- Good operating knowledge of valves and pressure regulators
- Excellent numeracy skills and comfortable producing manual calculations
- Experienced user of MS Office

As we expand into the clean energy market we have an exciting opportunity for skilled CNC programmer/setter/operators to join our growing team. Vacancies are available for two shift patterns, either 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, or and afternoon/evening shift, 10 hours a day, 4 days a week and we are recruiting for both millers and those with experience of operating twin spindle machines. Other Duties Include: - Programming, setting and operating a range of CNC machines, including multi-axis and sliding head
- Producing components to required tolerances and quality standards, right first time
- Finishing components to the highest quality standards
- Identifying and recommending programme amendments to improve efficiency and/or quality
- Making authorised amendments to CNC programmes to meet component design requirements
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure components meet the required quality standards
Requirements: - The successful applicant must be a team player who can equally work on their own initiative, and meet the following criteria:
- Experienced CNC programmer, setter and operator, preferably with experience of operating 9-axis and/or sliding head machines
- Experience of programming FANUC controls will be beneficial
- Qualified through apprenticeship or HND
- Able to manufacture precision components from fully understanding engineering drawings in terms of tolerances, surface finish etc.
- Experience of CMM desirable
