CV414-SC is TPED Approved
Pressure Tech's CV414-SC with TPED approved logo

Not long after receiving confirmation of our AUTO438's EC79 approval, we have now received the official TPED certificate for our CV414-SC self-closing cylinder valve!

TPED 2010/35/EU certification is required for applications involving the transportation of pressure equipment including gas cylinders and their valves. The CV414-SC's TPED approval applies for up to 350 bar (5,075 psi).

The approval processes are extremely extensive and require a big commitment in terms of resource and financial investment. We are extremely proud to be in a position where we can say we have both EC79 and TPED certification on two of our newest products.

The TPED approval process required contributions from a number of departments, so kudos to the entire Pressure Tech Ltd team for making this happen.
