Important update: Pressure Tech Ltd and Asgard Engineering

We’re pleased to share an important update in the continued evolution of our business.

Following Pressure Tech Ltd’s acquisition of Asgard Engineering in 2021, we’re proud to announce that, as of March 26th (2026), both companies will formally operate as one unified organisation.

Asgard Engineering will continue to operate as a dedicated subcontract machining business, supporting not only Pressure Tech but also its valued existing customers. It remains business as usual for those who rely on Asgard’s expertise, quality, and service.

By bringing our operations closer together, we’re strengthening how machining capacity is planned and prioritised across the group. This will enhance lead times, improve efficiency, and further elevate the level of service we provide.

For Asgard customers, this integration brings added stability, investment, and access to broader engineering resources — while maintaining the trusted relationships and high standards you expect.

For Pressure Tech customers, it means greater control and responsiveness across our manufacturing processes.

This is a positive step forward for both businesses, and we look forward to continuing to support all our customers with the same commitment to quality and service.
