ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Despatch Operative at Pressure Tech, you will play a vital role in ensuring our products reach customers in perfect condition and ready for use. Working as part of the despatch team, you will be responsible for the final inspection and presentation of our pressure regulators, ensuring they are finished, stamped and labelled to the highest quality standards. You will also ensure that every shipment is accurately packed and includes all required certificates and documentation, helping us deliver the professional service and attention to detail that our customers expect.

DUTIES INCLUDE

• Regulators stamped and labelled correctly and clearly as per customer order, and packaged to the required standard
  
• Maintain awareness of despatch priorities through regular communication with Assembly Manager and Logistics to achieve high level of on-time deliveries
  
• All required certificates are correctly updated as per customer orders
  
• Accurate and timely bookings made on Progress for every works order despatched
  
• Timings on the route to be highlighted to the Assembly Manager, if incorrect
  
• Paperwork to be complete and accurate when issued to Logistics
  
• Packaging to be in place and make sure the sales orders arrive to the customer in very good condition
  
• Provide general support for the Stores person and Assembly team
  
• Keep workshop area clean and tidy
  
• Assist with other duties as required
  
• Comply with all health and safety requirements
