ABOUT THE ROLE
Pressure Tech Ltd has been experiencing significant year-on-year growth, and as a result we are strengthening our team in one of our key global growth regions — Asia. With recent additions to the Sales Team and increasing demand across the region, we are now looking for an Internal Sales Engineer based in Singapore to support our continued expansion.
At Pressure Tech, we pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional customer experience and providing class-leading technical expertise in high-pressure regulator solutions. We support some of the world’s largest OEMs across demanding industries, supplying high-quality, precision-engineered products.
This role is critical to Pressure Tech’s growth strategy in Asia. With Singapore and surrounding markets presenting major opportunities across hydrogen, oil & gas, aerospace, defence, and high-purity sectors, the Internal Sales Engineer will play a pivotal role in building strong customer relationships, supporting reseller development, and driving profitable revenue growth. Combining technical knowledge with commercial awareness, this position will help ensure Pressure Tech is recognised as the supplier of choice across the region.

DUTIES INCLUDE
  • Supporting the Asia Sales Manager in achieving consistent, profitable sales revenue growth
  • Managing customer enquiries and communications to maximise sales opportunities
  • Responding to product enquiries and issuing quotations in a timely and professional manner
  • Following up quotations to convert opportunities into sales orders, or identifying reasons for non-conversion
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new customers, distributors, and prospects
  • Supporting the development and management of a robust reseller network across key Asian territories
  • Producing reports to track enquiry levels, conversion rates, and sales performance
  • Supplying market and account intelligence to identify opportunities for growth
  • Liaising with internal departments to provide proactive updates on orders and delivery status
  • Managing customer expectations to maintain a positive experience throughout the sales process
  • Participating in occasional joint visits with external sales colleagues to strengthen customer relationships
  • Ensuring awareness of relevant industry standards and regulations within hydrogen, aerospace, and oil & gas
  • Undertaking additional tasks as required to support the successful growth of the business
REQUIREMENTS
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build positive, long-term interpersonal relationships
  • Work effectively as part of a team and actively supports collaboration
  • Able to influence, persuade, and engage customers and colleagues
  • Commercially aware with a customer-focused mindset
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working with internal systems to produce reports and management information
