High Pressure Regulators
An extensive range of piston sensed regulators control pressures up to 690bar (10,000psi) via a range of precision machined sensors. The range covers 1/4" to 1" connections, with designs for both gas and hydraulic service, and flow capacities from Cv 0.1 to 7.0

Process & High Flow Systems
The DM range of regulators covers high flow requirements with a range of regulators from 1/2" to 8". Manufactured in deep drawn stainless steel, these regulators are aimed at the process industry covering pressures from 2mbar to 350bar.

Customers and clients from Celle, London, and Norwich recently visited Pressure Tech to witness the cycle testing of the new improved ceramic seated LF-690 hydraulic regulator. The regulators were tested using HT2 Transaqua water glycol under extreme operating conditions - cycling the outlet pressure from 0bar to 1034bar from various supply pressures up to 1034bar. Further tests were performed to prove stability and repeatability under flowing conditions. The regulators continued to provide positive shut off after 1000 cycles (more than 20 years operation on a typical wellhead control panel installation). The test program was successfully completed and approved by the visitors following their two day visit. Pressure Tech are openly inviting system integrators, subsea tree suppliers, and oil companies, to view the test facility and prove the reliability of the new ceramic seated regulators.

Pressure regulators developed for use subsea. Pressure Tech has worked in partnership with a client based in Milan, Italy, over the past 12 months to develop a combination pressure regulator to operate at depths of 300 metres. The application is for the defence industry and therefore the application details are confidential, but the design criteria required steady outlet pressure under decaying inlet pressure, and protection of the system in case of failure or leakage from the pressure let down.
